↓ Stay away from mangoes, guava, coconuts, bananas, and oranges.
↑ Kelp, miso, curry, garlic, horseradish, and parsley are highly recommended.
↓ Do not use allspice, anise, almond extract, barley, capers, corn syrup, gelatin, tapioca, vinegar, or pepper (black, white, cayenne, red flakes).
